From MidwayUSA
The Military Surplus ECWCS GORE-TEX Parka features a Gore-tex barrier stitched between outer shell and inner fabric, Gore-Seam taped seams, an elastic windproof waist barrier and a cinch tight bottom hem. The durable, waterproof and highly breathable GORE-TEX fabric keeps water out while letting sweat vapor escape. These upgrades help keep your body heat contained when temperatures dip below zero. Properly layering with the Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System, using this parka as the outermost garment, allows wearers to stay warm and dry in sub zero temperatures.
