Product DescriptionThe Miguron Knives Hovor brings a traditional Chinese Shilin cutter blade shape into a modern button-lock folder. The 3.3" blade is Sandvik 19C27 a fine-grained stainless that Miguron hardens to a hard 63 HRC so it holds a slicing edge far longer than the price suggests. Two finishes are offered: a pearlescent stonewash on the lacquered red and black handles and black PVD on the orange snowflake and black G10 versions. The button liner lock lets you open and close the Hovor one-handed with your fingers clear of the edge and the flat gently curved handle fills the hand without bulk.
