From Fishermans Marine
The Mercer Sport 8-inch Tiger Edge Slicer Knife is a great tool for anglers to slice through fresh and frozen bait along with fish that have tougher skin and scales. This keeps your other blades clean and sharp for other work. High-Carbon German steel used for the blade itself offering incredible long-lasting sharpness for countless cuts to come. A mirror polish on the blade is a more frictionless finish easy to clean off for additional processing and storage. The handle of this blade is a textured option that offers greater control and slip resistance even when your hands are wet and slimy from fish handling.
