Mercer Sport Narrow Fillet Knife

From Fishermans Marine

The Mercer Sport 7-inch Narrow Fillet Knife features a more narrow blade for more delicate and precise work. A great option for smaller freshwater and inshore species or as an additional blade to work with a larger option. Its shorter blade has the right amount of flex to navigate over bones and skin to remove the perfect fillet. The blade itself is constructed of high-carbon German steel for incredible long-lasting sharpness along with a mirror finish for easy cleaning. Its textured handle offers a secure comfortable non-slip grip for greater control even when your hands are wet.
