From OMCgear
The Mercer Sport 7-inch Fillet Knife is a great tool for the freshwater and inshore angler. Its shorter blade has the right amount of flex to navigate over bones and skin to remove the perfect fillet. The blade itself is constructed of high-carbon German steel for incredible long-lasting sharpness along with a mirror finish for easy cleaning. Its textured handle offers a secure comfortable non-slip grip for greater control even when your hands are wet.
