From HIMALI
The Altitude Down Parka is a heavy-hitting mid-to-outer layer designed to keep you warm during passive activities in extreme cold. This parka is at home on an ice climbing belay backcountry bivy or on mountaineering expeditions ranging from Rainier and Aconcagua to Himalayan peaks. A PertexA(R) Quantum ripstop nylon shell holds roughly 8 oz. of RDS-certified 850 fill-power HyperDry(TM) Down for ultimate warmth in a lightweight package. The bulk of its weight comes from the down insulation making it extremely light for the amount of warmth it provides.
