Maxxis Rekon 29" Tire Capable speed The Maxxis Rekon is engineered to be the ultimate versatile trail tire. Whether you're searching for grip through technical terrain, or looking for a capable trail tire that doesn't skimp on speed, the Rekon is up to the task. The Rekon is designed for light-duty trail riding, with a sloped center tread for rolling efficiency and speed, paired with aggressive side lugs that bite into loose terrain-especially during high-speed turns. Available with either EXO or EXO+ sidewall protection, and various Dual-Compund or 3C (triple-compound) configurations, there's a Rekon to suit nearly every rider on almost any trail.
