From Backcountry

When we get on our trail or enduro bike, we know a crash is always possible, so we keep ourselves protected with the Mavic Deemax Pro MIPS Helmet strapped to our head. The combination of XRD foam and Mips technology provides an adaptive fit, vibration absorption, and a reduction of rotational forces to the head upon impact, while the extended coverage around the back of the head and temples offers added protection in critical areas. In addition to the external vents and inner cooling channels, Mavic added Coolmax pads to absorb heat and wick sweat, keeping us cool and comfortable no matter how hot the day.
