From Backcountry

Optimized for speed and performance, the Mavic Cosmic SLR 65 Wheelset is a top choice for our next road race or triathlon. Its carbon construction is incredibly lightweight and durable and creates unmatched aerodynamic efficiency, while the 65mm depth and 26mm width make this wheelset extremely trustworthy and stable in high crosswinds. Because saving watts and weight is significant in a racing wheelset, Mavic eliminated the need for tape with an optimized rim bed shape, used their patented elliptical spokes for increased efficiency and strength, and incorporated the Infinity Hub platform to further increase power transfer.
