From Backcountry

For the everyday rider looking for a smooth, efficient ride, we recommend the Mavic Aksium Wheelset. Built with a high-quality, durable aluminum construction, this tube-type wheelset is ready for our next short coffee ride, long-distance training ride, and everything in between. They feature a wider inner width rim to allow for tires up to 32mm, 24 front/rear steel straight-pull spokes for added strength and optimized brake torque distribution, and centerlock disc brake compatibility for powerful and reliable braking.
