From Appalachian Outfitters
The GlobeRider45 is engineered inside and out to be the ultimate pack for the world traveler. It combines the organization of a traditional travel bag with the carry harness of a mountaineering pack. WHY WE BUILT THE GLOBERIDER45 With global adventure travel you never know exactly what&';s in store. It could be a simple plane ride or a 3 mile walk across town from the bus depota |in the rain. Dragging a roller bag up a muddy dirt road in Cambodia just doesn&';t cut it but we&';ve always liked the clamshell organization they offer. We prefer the carry comfort and capability of hiking packs but hate the lack of access and organization for travel.
