What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"This is the jacket I grab when the forecast calls for single digits and steady snowfall. The NanoPro shell really does keep moisture out, and the 700-fill down is incredibly warm without feeling bulky. I love the underarm vents—being able to dump heat quickly makes a huge difference on warmer afternoons or during bootpacks."We zip into the Slingshot Down Jacket when cold days on the mountain call for reliable warmth and waterproof protection. Marmot’s recycled NanoPro fabric blocks out snow and slush while staying breathable enough for active laps, ensuring comfort from the first chair through late-afternoon turns.
