What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve taken the AirExchange SolarShield Hoodie on alpine hikes and desert climbs, and it crushes in both environments. It breathes incredibly well, even under a pack, and the UPF 50 coverage is clutch for high-exposure routes. The scuba hood and thumbholes make it my go-to when the sun's relentless but I still need to keep moving."We’re always chasing light and elevation, which means sun protection and breathability are non-negotiables. The AirExchange SolarShield Hoodie from Marmot has become our go-to layer when long days under blue skies are on the itinerary.
