Best alternate: Option 3. Pick it to put the waterproof insert and the recycled insulation up front. More exciting option: Option 2. The Mammut Stoney HS Thermo Mitten is an insulated ski mitten with a waterproof insert and a recycled polyester laminate. Recycled insulation fills the mitten at 140 grams per square meter on the back of the hand and 100 grams per square meter on the palm. The palm is water-repellent goat leather. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:“On the chairlift I cinch the cuff over my jacket sleeve with one hand, and it stays snug for the ride up and the run down. When I pull a mitten off to work a buckle, the leash keeps it hanging from my wrist.”
