What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"This is my go-to midlayer for ski tours and cold alpine hikes. It’s warm without being bulky, packs into its own pocket, and moves with me thanks to the stretch zones. Plus, it fits cleanly under a shell."The Rime Air IN Hybrid Hooded Jacket is the layer we grab when we need lightweight warmth and total versatility. Mammut designed it with dynamic mountain movement in mind, blending wind- and water-repellent fabrics with stretch panels for freedom of motion whether we're hiking ridgelines or skinning through glades. Mammut’s proprietary LOOPINSULATION delivers reliable warmth without bulk, while a PFC-free DWR treatment repels light moisture.
