From Backcountry
When we're hiking along remote trails and the wind picks up, and we only have a few minutes before the rain starts falling in sheets, we pull the Mammut Linard Guide HS Hooded Jacket out of our packs and batten down the hatches as the storm rolls in. The 3-layer Mammut DRY Tour keeps the rain sloughing off of us as we trek toward shelter while allowing condensation built up within the jacket to escape. Two zippered underarm vents provide additional cooling as we climb steep hills, and the adjustable hem and cuffs ensure no moisture seeps into our baselayers below.
