From Backcountry
The Maloja MejaM Ski Touring Hooded Puffer Vest splits the job between two fabrics built for two different moments on a tour. A wind-resistant Superfine Nylon front holds cambium UP 80 insulation, made from recycled polyester offcuts, for the cold, slower stretches, while a Structured Fleece back stays breathable and stretches through every climbing step. A warm hood adds coverage at the head and neck, and two hand pockets keep essentials within reach. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I pull the hood up the second I stop moving on an exposed ridge, then pack the whole vest into its own pocket the moment the climb picks back up and I don't need it anymore.
