What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I put the Lady Light GTX Backpacking Boot through a four-day loop on a mix of rocky trail and off-trail scrambling with a loaded pack, and they handled it all without complaint. The seamless lining was immediately noticeable, keeping hot spots from developing even during the longest days, and the GORE-TEX kept my feet dry through two stream crossings and a full afternoon of wet trail without any hint of moisture getting through."Medium-weight backpacking terrain asks a lot from a boot, demanding support for a loaded pack, grip on loose and rocky ground, and enough comfort to still feel good on day four.
