LEM Products Jerky-Board And Knife 616. With this Jerky Knife and Board Kit you can cut evenly thin strips of meat for even cooking and marinating. Kit consists of 12" x 12" double sided plastic board- cut depths are 1/4in and 1/6in (6.4mm & 3.8mm) with ribbing and nubs to hold the meat in place. Allows you to consistently cut 1/4 in or 1/8 in slabs of meat and slice consistently equal width strips of jerky. Pressing plate with handle to keep hand safely away from cutting area and hold meat securely.
