Lamson Velocity Fly Rod

From Trident Fly Fishing

Deemed the "freshwater version of their Cobalt action " Lamson&&';;s Velocity series of rods is the perfect tool when fishing larger systems of water where you may run through chunky streamers bushy dry flies and heavy nymph rigs all in the same afternoon. The Velocity Rods have a fast action making them a great tool for loading heavier rigs and punching tight loops into windy situations. While this isn&&';;t the series of rods that you&&';;ll want to use if you&&';;re exclusively placing tiny midges in front of rising trout it&&';;s an excellent option for all-purpose situations or whenever you need a bit more backbone.
