What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I have been relying on the Nucleo High II GTX Boot through a full season of long hiking and backpacking days, and the GORE-TEX Surround breathability is genuinely different from a standard membrane boot on warm days when your feet would otherwise cook. The Vibram Nano outsole with Impact Brake System grips confidently on wet rock and loose terrain on descents where lesser boots tend to let you down."Most waterproof hiking boots make a trade, keeping moisture out while trapping heat inside until your feet are damp from the inside out.
