What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I wore the TX Hike Mid GTX on a full day of mixed trail and off-trail terrain and was genuinely surprised by how agile the boot felt given how much support it delivers at the ankle. The wide comfort last gave my foot real room to breathe on the long descent, and the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane kept things dry through a stream crossing and a stretch of wet grass without ever feeling stuffy. It sits in a sweet spot between a trail runner and a traditional hiking boot that not many shoes manage to find."Not every hike fits neatly into a category, and the La Sportiva TX Hike Mid GTX Hiking Boot was built for exactly that reality.
