What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "This tote is a classic for a reason. I’ve used it for everything—groceries, trail snacks, car organization, even as a camp kitchen carry. The canvas is so thick it feels indestructible, and the double-stitched seams mean I never worry about overloading it." Sometimes simple is best—and few pieces of gear prove that more than the L. L. Bean Boat and Tote Small. Still handcrafted in Maine, this iconic tote is built with heavyweight 24oz cotton canvas that holds up to decades of hauling. Whether we’re loading up for a road trip, bringing firewood to camp, or toting market finds, this bag handles it all without breaking a sweat.
