Kimble/Kontes Bottle Fs Clr 0.5OZ CS48 5611220V 26. The free flowing channel is easily created by turning the tube once moving the sampling position to the side and closing the top. Any open space in the bottom of the bottle must then be filled with a flexible tubing that has a free flowing bend. The flexible tubing should not be placed in the fixed position. Openings in the tubing must be equal in diameter throughout the entire body of the bottle. The fixed position is easily accomplished by moving the entire body of the bottle from the side wall to the side wall and then slowly moving the adjusting screw to the desired position.
