Kershaw Leek Assisted Opening Folding Knife 3 in CPM MagnaCut Black Oxide Wharncliffe Blade Aluminum Blue/Black Gradient Handle 1660GBLUBLK. For those that don't know the name "Leek" is derived from the German word for "shield" and is an abbreviation for "lightweight quick opening knife". It is a general purpose utility knife that is small enough to be carried in a pocket and yet big enough to perform a wide range of cutting tasks. The SpeedSafe assisted opening system provides easy ambidextrous opening and closing of the blade. Lefties can pull the blade protrusion out with their thumb and the righties can pull back the same protrusion and the blade is quickly ready to go to work.
