From Backcountry
The Industry Nine AR40 Solix SP wheel runs a 40mm-deep Convergence carbon rim, tuned for the flat-out miles where aero efficiency and crosswind stability matter most. A 24-hole, 2:1 drilling pattern holds spoke tension evenly whether the road turns to gravel or stays paved, and the wheel's wider internal bed supports today's larger all-road tires without an oversized sidewall bulge. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I've dropped into a fast, exposed descent and felt the rim stay planted through a crosswind gust instead of getting pushed off line. That's 40mm of depth doing its job right when a shallower rim would get knocked around."
