What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I’ve put the Southwest 55L through canyons, alpine passes, and plenty of bushwhacking, and it just keeps performing. The Dyneema fabric is ridiculously durable yet still lightweight, and the solid exterior pockets are perfect for stashing gear I want handy but protected. It’s my go-to pack for anything from a week on trail to rugged desert miles." Named for the rugged landscapes that demand resilience, the Hyperlite Mountain Gear Southwest 55L Backpack is purpose-built for hard miles, harsh conditions, and big trips. Constructed with 100% waterproof Dyneema Composite Fabric, this ultralight pack is as tough as the terrain it’s meant to explore.
