HolmesA(R) HWF100 Humidifier Filter To humidify or not to humidify: that is the question. This HolmesA(R) HWF100 Humidifier Filter makes the answer a clear one. Having the proper humidity is not just important for your health, but it also keeps your household furniture and floors in good condition, as well. This particular humidifier filter, designed to fit several HolmesA(R) humidifiers (see above), uses honeycomb filtration to trap minerals and nasty contaminants like microorganisms. This filter offers an extra bonus, as well; it comes with Microban antimicrobial protection, which is a special agent that inhibits the growth of microbes like fungus, mold, bacteria, and mildew.
