Insulation for Cold Weather Built for alpine environments where dependable warmth is essential the Helium Down Mitt delivers lightweight insulation for cold-weather mountain pursuits. Wear it on its own to keep hands warm around camp during transitions or whenever activity levels drop. When conditions turn wet snowy or more severe pull a waterproof shell mitt directly over the Helium Down Mitt for an added layer of weather protection while maintaining the warmth underneath. A 100 recycled nylon 20D ripstop shell provides lightweight durability and wind resistance while RDS Certified 700 fill down insulation on the back of the hand delivers exceptional warmth with minimal weight.
