The Hardy Firecrest Fly Rod is built for the days when finesse alone isn&';t enough. Developed and tested on the windblown rivers of the Northern Rockies the Firecrest is designed to generate serious line speed drive tight loops through difficult conditions and handle the heavier flies aggressive fly lines and demanding rigs that can overwhelm a traditional trout rod. Built around Hardy&';s advanced Sintrix FLT technology the Firecrest features a fast-action blank with an exceptionally high recovery rate. The result is a crisp stable rod capable of generating high line speed without sacrificing the accuracy and control needed to put a fly where it belongs.
