From Bear’s Den Fly Fishing Co.
The Hardy Averon is the latest innovation in fly reel design set to replace the popular Ultradisc series. Engineered for both performance and versatility this reel delivers exceptional control and reliability across a wide range of fishing techniques. The Averon&';s lightweight yet durable design has been carefully crafted to blend performance fishability and long term reliability into a stylish large arbour design. The reels benefit from open or closed frame designs depending on size. Open frame where weight reduction and rapid spool changes are essential and a closed frame is employed on the 5000 EN & 9000 models where thin running lines or specialist euro nymph lines may be used.
