From Swift Industries

The Handlebar Bag Foam Spacer Kit bumps a bag 3/4 forward of your handlebars, allowing for excellent access to all your favorite resting positions on your ride. Highly recommended for use with the Zeitgeist Pack, the Catalyst Pack, the Kestrel Handlebar Bag and the Bandito Bicycle Bag.
