The Haley Strategic Thorax Plate Carrier Side Entry Panel Cumberbunds accommodate soft armor and side plates. Integrated communications and power cable ports allow the user to organize and stow excess cables while still providing mounting real estate. The Side Entry Panel (SEP) is a solution for users who prefer not to lift their placard or chest rig in order to enter or exit their Thorax.
