Stay dry in fast-changing wilderness conditions with these H2O Proof ECWCS Rain Pants. Built with a fully sealed 3-layer shell and designed to wear over your duty pants or base layer trousers, these over-trousers deliver windproof, waterproof, and breathable protection when rain and wind put the mission at risk. Bemis seam-tape construction ensures fully sealed performance, while zippered leg openings with hook-and-loop ankle adjustments make getting them on over boots fast and easy. Pass-through pockets give you quick gear access without removing layers, and reinforced knees and high-wear zones hold up through hard use in demanding environments.
