Flat Spray Overview: The Gunze-Sangyo Mr. Hobby Premium Top Coat Flat Spray is a water-based matte coating agent designed for surface finishing. This high-quality top coat minimizes the phenomenon of whitening caused by over spraying, ensuring a smooth, matte finish while preserving the color texture of the painted surface. With a versatile application, it is effective on the skin tones of military models and figures. Being water-based, it can be used on various painted surfaces, including water-based hobby colors, acrylic colors, and Mr. colors.
