From Twisted Throttle
The GIVI Tanklock tank ring system eliminates sloppy straps and strong magnets previously used to fasten Tanklock tank bags to your rig. A small adapter installed around the gas cap allows quick attachment and detachment to the gas tank. This Tank ring mates with the bottom of GIVI's line of of Tanklock tank bags by aligning it to the ring and pressing lightly until you hear a positive "click." It is equally as easy for removal. To release pull the red lever located in the base. The mounting rings vary by the fuel cap type.
