If you've got a weekend in the desert and some rowdy tricks you're itching to try, don't cut corners on your lid. Giro's brand new Switchblade MIPS Helmet encourages you and your DH monster to get rowdy and send it when you're out on slickrock, but it also backs you up with full face coverage, a removable chin guard, and the added protection of MIPS to help you stay safe when you crash hard. Not every weekend involves staring down do-or-die lines, which is why Giro made the Switchblade's chinbar removable.
