The Giro Strive MIPS is an excellent race helmet for the speedster who requires an FIS Approved Helmet. The Strive features an Included Chinbar that does not require any tools to install to make it easy for you when the freeskiing opportunity presents itself and you not running gates. Giro's Hammerhead Design adds extra reinforcement in strategically placed areas where common impacts from bashing gates occur. The Strive also includes MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) that uses a low-friction liner that can rotate inside the outer shell to absorb impact from a nasty crash.
