From Backcountry
The Neo MIPS II Round Fit Helmet uses MIPS to add rotational-impact protection without adding bulk to the shell. Thermostat Control venting opens or closes as conditions shift, so the airflow changes with the day instead of staying fixed from lift line to summit. That adjustability, paired with a lightweight in-mold build, is what makes this a helmet for full days on the mountain rather than short groomer laps. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I cracked the vents open on a skin track and felt the airflow shift immediately, then sealed them again for a windy ridge run. That kind of control is what keeps a helmet on my head instead of stuffed in my pack."
