The Giro Fade MIPS is a perfect helmet for ladies looking for extra protection and style, with colors that can work with nearly any ski outfit. The Fade MIPS has Thermostat Control that uses a toggle switch located on the top of the helmet that allows you to open and close the vents, even while you are skiing down the mountain. The Fade is made with MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) that has a low-friction liner that can rotate inside the shell of the helmet should you take an oblique impact. The rotation of the liner absorbs some of the impact rather than transfer it onto your brain.
