From Trident Fly Fishing
The Gaelforce G+ Equalizer Graphene Spey Rod is a Scottish salmon rod in the oldest sense of the phrase: long deep-loading built to hold a fly across a wide river all day and still have something left when a fresh fish takes at the dangle. Gaelforce is the work of James Chalmers a World Champion speycaster from northeast Scotland who has fished Atlantic salmon for more than four decades and the Equalizer taper is the family he is known for. The G+ generation keeps that taper and rebuilds the blank with graphene which Gaelforce calls the strongest and lightest material ever used in a fly rod.
