This wine is inspired by a cross-country road trip where, for a long stretch, all that was seen were gables—the side of a barn roof—and the Great Plains. The wine is perfect after a long day when sometimes it feels like you've been driving for hours but haven't gotten very far.Despite its name, there is nothing "plain" about this wine.
