Fluorescent Blue Glow Powder

From Art 'N Glow

This glow powder is blue during the day fluorescent blue under black light and glows pure blue in the dark. This powder glows a hue of blue very close to our daytime white sky blue color but it doesn&';t glow quite as bright due to the fluorescent dye blocking some of the light. All of the glow powders sold by Art &';N Glow are encapsulated which means that they can be used in both solvent and water based mediums. Some of our competitors sell non encapsulated powders that will deteriorate in water based mediums (such as acrylic paint medium).
