A lightweight, wind resistant anorak made of a high-density cotton weave perfect as a shell layer for winter activities in the mountains. The cotton has been calendered (exposed to pressure and heat) to create a fabric that is water repellent, wind resistant and well ventilated. The generous fit and side zippers make putting on and taking off easy and a storm strap between the legs will keep the anorak in place in story weather. Seams are double-stitched and covered with thin edgetape on the inside, sewn with a Coats Dual Duty thread (a high tenacity polyester thread with a filament core and cotton cover) for long-lasting and weather-tight functionality.
