This is the IFP-set (Integrated Fixation Plate) - This plate is for Turnamic cross country bindings (from Fischer and Rossignol) to be able to click the bindings on the skis. The IFP-set is the connection between skis and bindings and allows you easily to adjust the binding a bit forward and a bit backward.
