The Fischer RC Pulse ski package pairs a groomer carving ski with a wide fit boot that has more headroom than the ski's audience needs. The ski arrives with its binding already included, and its narrow waist and flat tail keep beginner to intermediate turns easy on firm snow. The Rossignol Speed 80 HV+ adds a wide last, a forgiving flex that turns responsive when the pace rises, and a lightweight shell that improves power transfer, so the boot stays useful as the skiing improves. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"When I moved to a stiffer ski, the boots were the one piece I kept, because they already held up through faster turns on steeper groomers.
