Taking base layers off on the hill or before climbing the ladder involves taking off boots, dancing out of pants, shedding long johns and then replacing the pants and shoes. First Lite's Men's Kiln Zip Off Base Layer Pant solves this problem by allowing the mountain or hardwoods hunter to shed base layers without consternation. The Merino-X Kiln 250 Zip Off Long Johns have set a benchmark for versatile performance during mid to late-season hunts on the mountain and in the tree. These high loft, midweight bottoms are ideal for scenarios when cold weather is expected, but not necessarily sustained.
