At just over 3 ounces the Fenix HM23 V2.0 is proof a lightweight AA headlamp doesn&';t have to skimp on brightness. It&';s a genuine 300 lumen headlamp - a 25 boost over its predecessor - with three white output levels plus solid and flashing red for night-vision-friendly use around camp. A quick-release headband bracket lets it pop off and work as a standalone handheld flashlight in seconds while a magnetic tail cap and integrated body clip open up even more hands-free options. It runs on a single easy-to-find AA battery for up to 100 hours throws a beam to 289 feet and tilts 150 degrees so the light follows wherever you&';re looking.
