From Als.com
The Everlast Elite Freestanding Heavy Bag is a boxing and MMA training bag for practicing punches, kicks, and strikes at home. High-density foam absorbs impact through rounds of training, while eight height settings let you adjust the bag to suit different preferences. Fill the base with sand or water to help keep it stable, then use the built-in handle to move it around a home gym. Its two-piece construction simplifies assembly, so it's ready for training without a hanging setup.
