Ergon GXR Team Grips Every Gram Earns Its Place XC racers and fast cross-country riders know that every gram on the bar adds up over a long effort. The GXR Team is a slip-on grip built around Air Cell Rubber, a micro air-bubble compound that absorbs trail chatter without the bulk or weight of a standard foam or rubber grip. There is no inner core and no clamp collar, which is where the weight savings come from. The ergonomic shaping is left- and right-hand specific, placing grip zones exactly where your hands load the bar so you can hold on with less squeeze and arrive at the top with more left in the tank.
